Comfortable, convenient, renovated flat in 3rd District of Vienna

The flat is 40 sq. metres, totally renovated and fully furnished. It has central heating, wooden floors, white walls. kitchen, toilet, living room, bedroom, shower. It easily accommodates two and has a double sofabed for two more. But please note that this is really a 2-person flat.

Location
The flat is on the top floor of the block (there’s an elevator!), and looks over Kardinal Nagl Square where there is parking. It’s a quiet location, just 1 minute from U3 line. Just 2 stops to Wien Mitte in the heart of Vienna. Near cafés, shops, Prater park, Donau Kanal, Belvedere. Link to google map of the district and link to map of the immediate area

Other information
It’s a smoke-free flat. Pets are welcome. There is street space for metered parking. A cheaper option is to use a local carpark. See Vienna car parks for details. Or there is a fairly cheap park and ride at Erdberg, just a couple of stations away from the flat.

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 12pm.

Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable amount of 30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking. The rest is payable 2 weeks before the rental period. That amount is also non-refundable.

Travel to Kardinal Nagl

From Vienna airport
Take the S-Bahn-line S7 to Wien Mitte, then it’s 2 stops on the U3 to Kardinal Nagl. The CAT train is more expensive than the S-Bahn.

From Bratislava airport
If you’ve take a direct, cheap flight to Bratislava (Vienna) airport, there’s a bus to Erdberg for about 8 Euros single. Then it’s just 2 stops on the U3 line to Kardinal Nagl.

From Brno airport
Take a train to Wien Sudbahnhof, then an S-Bahn to Wien Mitte. After that it’s 2 stops on the U3 to Kardinal Nagl.
